A little preparation helps us show your property at its best. Use this checklist before your appointment.

Clear counters and put away personal items, paperwork, and valuables.
Open blinds consistently and replace burned-out light bulbs.
Make beds, straighten furniture, and remove visible clutter.
Clean mirrors, glass, counters, and floors.
Move cars, bins, hoses, and tools away from the front of the property.
Secure pets and arrange access before the appointment.
For twilight work, check exterior and interior lights before sunset.
