Finished photos are normally delivered by the end of the next day and are guaranteed within 24 hours of the shoot. Video, floor plans, and 3D tours can require additional processing; when that happens, your photos can be delivered first and the remaining media is added to the same project as soon as it is ready.

You receive a private delivery page by email, and portal clients can also find every project in their account. Photos arrive already organized in a natural listing order and can be viewed before downloading. Download one image, the entire gallery, or web- and full-resolution sets; video, floor plans, 3D tours, and property-site links live beside the photos instead of being scattered across separate emails.

A standard residential property commonly receives 30–60 finished images, but the final count follows the home rather than an arbitrary limit. Larger homes, short-term rentals, detailed commercial spaces, and construction projects may need more. Duplicate angles and weak frames are removed so the delivered set is complete without being repetitive.

Yes. When speed matters, the finished photo gallery can be released first and the delivery message will clearly identify anything still processing. Video, floor plans, and tours are then added to the same project, so you do not need to manage a second property page or lose the original link.

Most photo-only residential shoots take about 45–75 minutes. Floor plans, drone coverage, video, 3D tours, larger properties, and detailed short-term-rental styling add time—often bringing a full package to 90 minutes or more. The order form uses the selected services and square footage to estimate the on-site time before scheduling.

Finish cleaning and styling before the appointment, clear counters and personal items, make beds, replace burned-out bulbs, open blinds, hide trash cans and pet supplies, move vehicles away from the front of the property, and tidy exterior spaces. The camera moves continuously through the home, so having every room ready when the shoot begins protects the schedule and produces a more consistent gallery.

Interiors can usually be photographed in most weather. Exterior quality, drone flights, waterfront views, and twilight sessions depend on light, wind, precipitation, visibility, and FAA restrictions. If only part of the media is affected, we can often complete the interiors and return for the weather-dependent portion. Natural-looking sky replacement is included on standard exterior photos when appropriate.

Your delivery is prepared for the project it was commissioned for—such as the property listing, rental marketing, company website, portfolio, or social channels. If another company, publication, homeowner, or third party wants to reuse the media for a different campaign, contact us so the appropriate usage can be confirmed.
